Billy Harbert has been Chairman and CEO of BL Harbert International since its inception in 2000, following a legacy construction business that began with his father and uncle in the 1940s. He offers comprehensive leadership and direction for all BL Harbert projects worldwide, guiding both executive management and our C-suite. Before taking over the family business, Billy worked as Project Manager and Project Engineer on pipeline and commercial projects. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Building Science and, additionally, he obtained a MBA from Emory University.
Billy is also a Founding Partner and Advisor of Bonaventure Capital. He participates primarily in the firm’s private market activities.

Jesús Reglero, the founder of RS Corporate Finance, holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE. Additionally, he graduated with honors from the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He began his professional career in several prestigious national and international investment banks, including UBS, Lazard, Goldman Sachs and Alantra.

He founded RS Corporate Finance in 2012, which has since evolved from an emerging business venture to establishing itself as a premier financial advisory firm in Spain. In addition to his professional experience in the investment banking sector, Jesús is an associate professor at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE and director of a program at the online business school OBS (Online Business School).

Steve Dauphin is a Founding Partner of Bonaventure Capital and leads all private market activities for the firm. In addition, he holds a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to his work at Bonaventure, Steve serves as a member of Stimson Center’s Loomis Innovation Council and he is also an advisor to the Kirchner Impact Foundation.
From 1994 to 1998, Steve worked as a Director and a Managing Director of the Harbinger Group. From 1991 to 1994, he worked as a special agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in Phoenix. From 1990 to 1991, he worked as an Anglican Lay Minister in Newfoundland, Canada. Prior to that, Steve worked as an associate with Citicorp

Mr. Burleson is a Director of Bonaventure Capital. Carter holds both a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Auburn University. He sits on the corporate board of XO Armor.

He also serves as a Sub Advisor to One Ascent Capital, which provides values-aligned alternative investment vehicles. Prior to joining Bonaventure Capital, Carter was a venture fellow with DigitalDX, a VC firm that emphasizes big data and artificial intelligence in the medical diagnostics industry. He was also an operator at a growth-stage FinTech startup, that provides financial inclusion to those in emerging markets.

He joined RS Corporate Finance in January 2017, he has being involved in various projects such as M&A operations, restructuring, search for financing, valuations or strategic advice in different sectors such as energy, industrial or consumption, both nationally and internationally. He graduated in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He currently holds the CFA level II. In addition, he combines his professional life with other activities such as teaching, he is a professor in the Master of Financial Management at the OBS school, besides, he participates in various economic and financial media.
